• Sr 200 Meter Dash - Kate Hall of Lake Region High School smoked a 25.88 to win

 

• Jr 200 Meter Dash- Elizabeth Andrews of Wells High School blazed a 28.76 for the win

 

• Two Mile Run - Hannah Austin of North Yarmouth Academy earned a 12:29.65 win

 

• Sr 400 Meter Dash - Julia Jackson of Hyde sprinted 1:06.19 for the victory with Madeline Preece of Hyde in her shadow at 1:06.52

 

• Sr 55 Meter Dash - Kate Hall of Lake Region High School drove to a 7.42 to win with Elizabeth Andrews of Wells High School in tow at 7.96

 

• Jr 55 Meter Dash - Madeline Mitchell of Yarmouth High School smoked a 7.95 to win

 

• Jr High Jump - With the bar at 4-10, Emma Egan of Yarmouth High School gets the gold, followed by: Kristina Smith of Poland Regional High School (4-10), Lauren Jordan of Gray New Gloucester High School (4-8)

 

• Long Jump - Kate Hall of Lake Region High School hit the sand at 17-3 to win, followed by: Sandra Ricardi of Gray New Gloucester High School (15-1.75)

 

• One Mile Run - Great race for Kristina Smith of Poland Regional High School who won in 5:46.69, just over Hannah Austin of North Yarmouth Academy 5:47.01

 

• Pole Vault - Megan Smith of Yarmouth High School got over 8-0 in her victory

• Jr 400 Meter Dash - Adam Dumas of Gray New Gloucester High School blazed a 54.93 for the win, which is a new season best

 

• Sr 400 Meter Dash - Impressive top speed helped Gabe Coleman of Gray New Gloucester High School win in 55.64

 

• 4x200 Meter Relay - Wells High School 1:37.86;

 

• 55 Meter Hurdles - Jake Burns of North Yarmouth Academy cleared 'em clean in 8.91 for the gold (his best of the year)

 

• Sr 55 Meter Dash - Impressive top speed helped Denzel Tomaszewski of Wells High School win in 6.63, trailed by Spencer Sibley of Wells High School and his 6.98

 

• 800 Meter Run - Wes Crawford of Yarmouth High School hustled to a 2:09.75 win, which is a new season best

 

• High Jump - Elijah Locke of Gray New Gloucester High School sailed over 5-10 for the win

 

• Long Jump - Hitting a big 18-9 jump, Elijah Locke of Gray New Gloucester High School wins

 

• One Mile Run - Ben Decker of Yarmouth High School held strong for a winning time of 4:40.08, trailed by Cody Mitchell of Hyde and his 4:54.66

 

• Pole Vault - Cole Miller of Sacopee Valley High School cleared a 11-6 to win

 

• Triple Jump - Cole Miller of Sacopee Valley High School lept 40-9.25 to get first, his top jump of the season, followed by: Ryan Moulten of Sacopee Valley High School (40-0.75)

Greely girls ran Class B #2 in the 4x800 with a 10:35.36. Traip's Ashleigh Roberts took the 55m hurdles in 9.26, then doubled back to take the 55m dash in 7.81, she then added a 3rd win in the long jump with a seasonal best 16-3 1/4.

Jocelyn Lorrey of Traip broke her own triple jump record with a leap of 36-0 1/4. Teammate Kelsey Barnes cleared 10-6 in the vault, and just missed at 11-0. Heather Evans of York was a double winner as she took the mile in 5:29.14 and then the 800m 2:33.47.

Freeport girls senior 4x200 clocked Class B #2 with a 1:54.61

Jacob Buhelt of Falmouth won the 55m in 6.80, then dropped his Class B leading 200m to 23.35

Greely's James Ferrar threw Class B #2 & state #5 with his 47-3 toss. Thomas Reid of York took the 55m hurdles in 8.31, and added another win in long jump 19-6.

York ran a Class B leading 1:36.89 in the 4x200m relay, while Liam Simpson of Cape win the mile 4:36.91

• Sr 200 Meter Dash - Lexi Dietrich of Freeport High School smoked a 27.76 to win, a new SB with Brennah Martin of Greely High School in tow at 27.80. Next was Maggie Seitz of Falmouth High School in 28.60

 

• Two Mile Run - Madeline Roberts of Falmouth High School held strong for a winning time of 12:01.71, trailed by Emily Mason of Greely High School and her 12:57.99

 

• Sr 400 Meter Dash - Julia Mitiguy of Greely High School blazed a 1:04.19 for the win, which is a new season best with Sarah Sparks of Falmouth High School on her heels in 1:04.33,  Lizzy Wagner of York High School (1:05.01),  Hayley Steckler of Freeport High School (1:06.21), Mary Catheri Kowalsky of Falmouth High School (1:06.67), Erin Lyons of Cape Elizabeth High School (1:07.36)

 

• Jr 400 Meter Dash - Chloe Hight of Freeport High School took it home in 1:06.65 (her best of the year), trailed by Charlotte Reilly of York High School and her 1:06.71, Hannah Schnyder of Freeport High School (1:07.38)

• Jr 55 Meter Hurdles - Jocelyn Mitiguy of Greely High School cleared 'em clean in 9.70 for the gold

 

• Sr 55 Meter Dash - Ashleigh Roberts of Traip Academy smoked a 7.81 to win and next was Laura Mackay of Cape Elizabeth High School (7.86), Kelsey Grant of Freeport High School (7.88), Charlotte Cutshall of Falmouth High School (7.90), Brennah Martin of Greely High School (7.92), Sarah Ingraham of Greely High School (7.94)

 

• 800 Meter Run - Heather Evans of York High School hustled to a 2:33.47 win, which is a new season best just out-kicking the 2:33.86 by Ciera Wentworth of Freeport High School. Next was Lydia Shaw of York High School in 2:34.95, Hailey Petsinger of Cape Elizabeth High School (2:35.96), Susan Baarinas of Greely High School (2:38.37)

 

• Sr High Jump - Emily Heggie of Fryeburg Academy sailed over 4-8 for the win
