Field Events will start at 3:30 pm and running will be at 4pm.
Pyramid spikes up to 1/4 inch allowed.
Athletes may enter any 4 events.
Scoring for this meet will be 5-3-2-1
All changes and scratches should be made before the meet begins.
Please bring your Pole Vault Verification form to the meet. Athletes not on the form will not compete in the pole vault.
Starting heights for the high jump and the pole vault will be set at the coaches meeting. Suggest heights for HJ will be 36 for girls and 46 for boys. Pole Vault suggested higher will be 56 and 6' 6. The bar will not move down once it moves up.
Once an event begins there will be no more run backs. Please arrive early enough to set marks for long and triple jump before the meet starts. Open pits for 1 hours for each field event.
Uniform rules will follow NFHS rules.
Athletes are responsible for checking in with the clerk for track events and checking out and in for field events (Check in for track events will be near the start line. Each field event will have a check in at the event at 1st call.)
We will not have designated coachs boxes, however please keep non-participating athletes away from the events being contested as much as possible.
Athletic Trainer will be on site.
Order of events:
Field Events: Start at 3:30
Long Jump/Triple Jump: Open pit by jump/gender Girls Long Jump, Boys Long Jump, Boys Triple Jump and Girls Triple Jump combined
High Jump: Boys followed by Girls
Pole Vault: Girls followed by Boys
Javelin: Open pit for both Genders (once there appear to be no more athletes a final call will be made)
Shot Put: Boys followed by Girls
Discus: Girls Followed by Boys
Running Events: Start at 4:00 Girls followed by Boys
4x800 Meter Relay (Likely combined boys and girls)
1600 Meter Racewalk (likely combined)
110 Meter High Hurdles
100 Meter Hurdles
100 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Run
4x100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
300 Meter Hurdles
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash
3200 Meter Run (possibly combined)
4x400 Meter Relay (possibly combined)
