2 Topics that need answering before seeding of the meet can be done: 

Scratch Rule--a. If an athlete scratches from an event at the beginning of the meet, that athlete is out of the rest of the meet; or b. If an athlete scratches from an event at the beginning of the meet, that athlete is out of that event but can continue in other events signed up for. 

Scoring of the Meet: Are we using the scoring for 6 teams (ind. 10-8-6-4-2-1/rel. 10-8-6-4-2-0) or KVAC scoring 8 places (ind. 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1/rel. 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)

NFHS Track and Field Rule: 1. No movement from flight to flight in field events.  2. No movement within a flight in field events.
