This meet is named in honor of former Falmouth throws coach, Tom Foley. Tom threw for Portland High School and Bates College. He coached for many years at several schools in Southern and Central Maine. We are proud to host this meet named in his honor and provide a competitive opportunity for students from across leagues and classes every April Vacation.

- No entry fee, but all teams must provide coaches to officiate a field event
- LJ, TJ, Discus, Javelin, Shot Put will be run “open”, no flights, no order, athletes will take their attempts when available. Athletes who do not report by the end of the event competition will not get to compete.
- The final relay of the meet will be a sprint medley (200-200-400-800), not a 4x400.
- 1/8” pyramid spikes are largest permitted on our track. Please help preserve our track by observing this rule.
- Concessions and bathrooms will be available at the meet.
- New for 2011, Finishlynx timing will be used. This makes it essential that we receive entries via Hy-tek in a timely fashion.
- If you want your athletes entered in faster heats, they should be entered with a seed time. It is fine to give estimated times for this. Enter as a custom time when you do entries. Otherwise, all athletes with no seed times will be randomly assigned to unseeded heats.
