When and how did you get into track and field?

6th grade because baseball was boring.

Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?

Andrew Farr.

What was your greatest accomplishment?

Being the first boy from Marshwood to place in New Englands and go to nationals.


How has track and field impacted your life?

I'm going to college for track and it has really taken over a lot of my free time practicing and participating in track.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

Pulling both my hamstrings within 3 months of each other.

How do you prepare for competitions?

Listen to music.

What influence has your coach had on your high school career?

My coach has had a huge influence on my high school career because not only was he my coach but also a teacher of mine for a whole year. He and I became very close, and I will definitely miss him next year.

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of track and field?

I like to play video games and soccer.


What are your college plans?

Going to UMaine to study mechanical engineering and run D1 track.

What are your long-term goals?

To break the UMaine 100, 200, 400, and 4x100 records.

Who would you like to say thank you to?

My coaches, mom, dad, and everyone on my teams throughout the year.

What advice would you give to younger athletes?

No goal is too big and nothing is given.
