Tell us how your summer training is going?

My training is going well, i hit my peak mileage of 60 miles this past week, and running 60 miles again this week. I feel like i am in much better shape than i was last year at this time.

What are your goals for the upcoming season?
My goals for the season are to break 16:00 in the 5k, and try and make the top 3 in the state meet

How long have you been running and how did you get started?

I have been running since 4th grade so about 8 years, and I started when my dad forced me to go to one of the practices because he thought i would be good

Will you be competing anywhere out of state this season?

Nowhere other than New Englands, which we usually compete at each year

What is your favorite course to run in Maine?

I really like racing at Smiling Hill.

What is the toughest course to run in Maine?

The toughest course I think would easily be Marshwood
What meet during the regular season do you put extra emphasize on to compete well at?

I put the most effort in at Festival of Champions.

What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career & favorite cross country memory?

My favorite race is FOC because i get to race against people from other classes that i normally dont get to race against

What shoes do you train in?

I train in the Mizuno Wave Inspire 9's

What shoes do you race in?

I race in the Nike Victory XC's

What professional athlete would you most like to meet?

I would probably want to meet Alan Webb.

What is something that most people don't know about you?

Well I don't eat junk food or artificial sugars. I didnt really start doing this deliberately it just sort of happened and I keep doing it
