Tell us how your summer training went?
My summer training went well, I came off of a bit of a cold in June, but was able to train hard through July into August. I trained a lot in New York because I was there for July and it was fun running in a different place and exploring the city
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
This season I would like to just keep dropping my time, I hit a bit of a plateau last year and I want to break that and see how fast I can go.
What is your favorite course to run in Maine?
My favorite course in Maine is probably the Gray New Gloucester course. I only ran it once when I was a freshman but it’s still my favorite because of the trails and because it’s all in the woods.
What is the toughest course to run in Maine?
The toughest course in Maine is probably Twin Brook. Of course it’s still fun to run, but it seems more challenging than others.
What is your favorite cross-country memory?
My favorite cross-country memory was being on the team my freshman year and seeing the results and times of the top finishers at the Belfast Festival of Champions and thinking I really want to be as fast as that.
What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?
Class C States my freshman year, the first really championship racing I had ever done.

Favorite Post-race Meal?
A good PB&J
Flat course or hills?
I would prefer flat because while I can deal with going uphill I don’t like the downhill as much

What professional athlete would you most like to meet?
If Pre were still alive I would want to meet him. But since he’s not I would like to meet Galen Rupp
