The Lisbon Boys made it eleven straight MVC Outdoor Track & Field titles as they tallied 122.50 points to easily defeat runner-up Mountain Valley by 35.75 points. The Greyhounds got individual wins from Nick Huston in the 800m (2:05.05), Jordan Cole in the 3200 (10:31.47), & Mike Schlotterbeck 1600RW (7:40.0) plus a lot of other quality points along the way.

Carrabec's Brandon Dixon won the 100m in 23.61, and also added a winning effort in the shot put with a 42-10 throw. 

Telstar's Avry Griffin won both hurdle races as he opened with a 15.64 effort in the 110m hurdles, then came back to stop the clock at 41.36 in the 300m hurdles.

Boothbay's Abel Bryer won a pair of events as he took the discus with a 117-01 effort, and then won the javelin with a heave of 147-0.

Monmouth Academy broke the conference record in the 4x800m relay to open the meet, their record breaking effort was 8:20.37 which leads all of Class C.

Mountain Valley won the 4x100 in a Class C #1 time of 45.38, while Madison's Jarrett Bearor leaped 13-0 to win in the pole vault, that mark is also the best in Class C this spring.

The Lisbon Girls regained the MVC title that eluded them for the first time in a decade a year ago as they amassed 134.5 points to outdistance 2015 champion Monmouth Academy by 41.5 points.

The Greyhounds were paced by a pair of victories from senior Bree Sautter who won the always tough 400m/800m double as she clocked 61.16 & 2:34.95 to give Lisbon 20 important points.

Chase Collier provided another pair of wins for Lisbon as she took the 300m hurdles in 50.15. She also jumped 15-5 1/2 to out leap the competition in the long jump.

Kaylin Le provided 10 points with her win in the pole vault (6-0).

Telstar's Katy Killiam dominated the short sprints as she took the 100m (13.19) & 200m (27.79).

In the distance races Ella Brown of St Dominic's took the 1600 (5:32.85) then came back to break 12 minutes in the 3200m with her 11:59.84 winning effort.

In the throws Carrabec's Shenciaray Black won the discus with a personal best 104-10, and also added the win in the shot with a 30-8 1/2 effort.
