WMC Conference Virtual Meet
The York boys are the heavy favorite to win the WMC Indoor Track & Field conference on Friday. The Wildcats who have dominated the league all year long will look to add another cutting board into the school's trophy case. Leading the way is
Jon Rodrigues who is the top seed in both long & triple, and the second seed in the 55m dash, he will also run a leg on the top rank open 4x200m relay. Fellow classmate Jon Burke is another big scorer, he has the top seed in the 55m hurdles & ranks second in the high jump in addition to running on the the 4x200m.
Nick Rainforth is a top sprinter with #1 seeds in the senior 200m & 400m dashes.
Greely is the second best team, and they are heavy in the distance events. Senior
Matt Todd is the top seed in the 800m, he will run a leg on the top ranked 4x800, and also is expected to score in the 2 mile.
Luke Marsanskis is the top seed in the mile & 2 mile for the Rangers.
