What has your summer training consisted of? How much mileage you putting in?
I've been mostly doing base mileage and over the past couple of weeks I have sprinkled in some pick ups. I've been averaging about 45 miles a week.
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
My goal this season would be to stay healthy and improve my times
What is your favorite workout that makes you feel most prepared for success?
My favorite workout would be 200 400 800 mile 800 400 200. I like how challenging it is.
What did you learn from last xc season that will help you improve in 2019?
I've learned over the past year that in order to be successful with running it is important to have a good mindset and stay positive

What do you love most about running?
Putting in the hard work to achieve the goals I set for myself.
You had a great run in Beach to Beacon Mile, what does that performance say about what is in store for this fall?
It feels like my summer training has paid off and I'm feeling confident going into this upcoming season.
How is your team looking for the fall?
I think our top 2 or 3 runners will be able to contribute a lot but like all good cross country teams we need to find more depth.
What shoes will you train in and race in?
I train in Nike Pegasus and I race in Nike cross country spikes.
Favorite subject in school?
English with coach Danny Paul.
What was the last movie you saw and what did you think of it?
I really enjoyed Toy Story 4.
What is your Pet Peeve ?
When people chew their food really loudly (my dad).
