State Championship XC Virtual Meets

We took last week's regional championship results and merged them together to develop a state meet virtual meet. We added 30 seconds to those times from Northern Maine Regional to take into account the course difference from Belfast to Twin Brook to see what we might expect to happen on Saturday.
