A year Victoria Bossong of Cheverus ran a 24.54 wind-aided performance at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals to move to the second fastest performer in state history. Bossong recorded three efforts under 25 seconds last spring. Emma Gallant of Cheverus was the only other female to break the 25 second barrier in 2019, she ran a best of 24.97. Class B defending champion Junne Robertson-McIntire of Belfast is back as well.
