Outdoor Girl's 400m Returners

State record holder Victoria Bossong leads all girl 400m returners this spring. Last spring the junior from Cheverus ran 53.81 at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals finishing eighth overall. Her teammate Emma Gallant is back as well, she posted a 57.90 best in 2019. Class C defending champion Jillian Schmelzer of Winthrop is one to watch she ran 58.47 last year, and her main competition in Class C Molly McGrail of Maranacook is the other returner with a sub 59 second 400m to their resume.
