Using the top One Mile and 2 Mile times during the 2023 indoor track and field season we combined the times to get a list of the best long distance runners in Maine this winter. Leading the way was Class A and New England two mile champion Adam Bendetson of Scarborough who was the only runner to crack 14 minutes with the times combined.
