Orono senior Ruth White continued her dominance on the trails at the famed Derryfield Park site of the 48th Manchester Invitational on Saturday. White running in the girls' small school race led early and was never challenged as she crossed the finish line in a time of 17:20.7. The mark bettered the eight-year-old meet record of Oyster River's Maegan Doody (17:41) while it also broke the course record of Jacqueline Gaughan of Exeter, NH who clocked 17:35.6 in 2016.
