2024 Maine High School Girls Cross-Country Team Rankings for the Week of October 14.
Week five saw little movement as Mt. Desert Island remains as the top team. Freeport jumped over York on the strength of a head-to-head win at the WMC Invitational on Wednesday afternoon. The top three teams in the rankings are all from Class B. Ninth-ranked Waynflete saw Grace Alexander race for the first time this week, which should improve their team heading into the postseason. Additionally, Cape Elizabeth has rejoined the top ten after beating Greely at the WMC Invitational.
