2024 Maine High School Girls Cross-Country Team Rankings for the Week of November 4.
Mt. Desert Island solidified its top ranking with a victory in Class B and winning the merged meet too. The top five teams remained the same after the state meet. York moved up two spots from eighth to sixth the only team to improve their previous ranking. Houlton/GHCA joined the top ten for the first time after their runner-up finish in Class C.
