Three Maine High School student/athletes made the long trip to the Prestigious Penn Relays on Saturday, and all three returned home with medals. Continuing her stellar high school career, Abby Dunn of Edward Little HS, won her 4th consecutive Penn Relay 5K Race Walk Championship on Saturday in a time of 25:31.80. Training partner and Lewiston High School senior, Nicole Court-Menendez, won her first Penn Medal by placing 3rd with a 20 second PR of 27:58.97. Novice walker, Luc Bourget, also of Edward Little HS raced his first 10k ever in 50:28.46. This was Luc's first foray beyond the mile distance and he placed first in the junior division with his outstanding race. All three athletes times qualified them for the Junior National Championships in Bloomington, Indiana in June. (Submitted by Tom Menendez)
