MVC - Hall-Dale, Telstar, Winthrop, Carrabec @ Madison 2009

Madison's Matt McClintock and Winthrop's Anna Doyle both picked up wins Wednesday at Madison Area High School. In the boys race McClintock finished with a time of 16:34.00 to break the previous course record of 17:01.00, set by Wade Davis in 2007, by 27 seconds.  Greenville's Steven Morill finished second with a time of 18:33.00.  Rounding out the top 5 were Hall-Dale's Caelan Lapointe (18:36), and Winthrops Cameron Souza (18:55) and Marc Hachey (19:25).  In the team competition it was Telstar High School picking up the victory over Hall-Dale High School 42-43.  Other scoring teams were Winthrop High School (45) and Valley High School (78)     On the girls side Winthrops Anna Doyle ran a fantastic time of 21:45.00 on the muddy Madison course.  In second was Madison's Allie McClintock with a strong PR of 22:39.00. Rounding out the top 5 were Telstar's Morgan Lee (23:25), Hall-Dale's Carolyn Wilson (22:44), and Winthrops's Molly Kieltyka (25:14).  In the team competition it was Winthrop High School picking up the win over Greenville 26-30.
