From the time the team arrives - MEASURED marks should be put down. Once the event begins, no run backs will be allowed, only run throughs between flights will be allowed.
Girls and Boys High Jump- Girls followed by Boys
Shot Put, Discus and Javelin - Warm-up (B-SP, G-J&D 1st.)
Long Jump - In flights: Boys followed by Girls
Triple Jump - In flights: Boys followed by Girls (Event begins immediately following Long Jump. Triple jump may be combined based on field size.)
Regarding field events: Athletes must check out when going to a running event, may jump or throw out of turn. They must check back in within 10 minutes of completing their running event. If they have not checked in within the time limit and their name is called, it will be recorded as a failed attempt.
