Nick Morris & Nyajock Pan open SMAA season with wins @ Marshwood

Scarborough junior Nick Morris opened his 2010 regular season with a win over 2.9 miles at Vaughn Woods (Marshwood HS course). Morris pulled away after the 800m, and clocked 17:15 to win over his teammate Tom Hague by 37 seconds. #1 ranked Scarborough boys had the first 5 across the line to nab the perfect score, South Portland was 2nd with 55. On the girls side sophomore Nyajock Pan (South Portland) ran to a 19 second vcitory over Scarborough's Sarah Dugas, Pan crossed the line in 21:35. Teamwise Scarborough was victorious 39-47 over South Portland RESULTS
