KVAC Week #3 recap: London 39-7 1/2 | Harris 43-11 (TJ) | Hill 8.91 (Hurdles) | Masters 11-1 (PV) Derek Veilleux Jan 23, 2011

There were four new state leading performances on Saturday at a KVAC showdown between many of the top teams in the league. Randi London (Mt. Ararat) added almost 1 1/2 ft to her existing state leader when she set a personal best of 39-7 1/2. In the boys triple jump, sophomore Conor Harris (EL) had a huge hop skip and jump int he triple as he got it out to 43-11, over a foot better than the previous state leader. In the girls pole vault a matchup of the state's top two jumpers this winter Lindsey Folsom (Cony) and Jaclyn Masters (EL) was a good one, with Masters setting a new personal best and state leader by clearin 11-1. The hurdles almost produce a new state lead as Allison Hill (Brunswick) became first girl under 9.0, with her 8.91 clocking. RESULTSĀ  CLICK headline to view more highlights
