SMAA Boys: Biddeford, Massabesic ,Westbrook @ South Portland 2011

The South Portland Red Riots opened up their 2011 outdoor track season winning Quad meet on their home turf over Biddeford, Massabesic & Westbrook. SP tallied 113 points to handle runner-up Westbrook (86) by 27, Massabesic & Biddeford tied with 40 points. In the Shot Put - Cody Chalout of Biddeford High School launched it 49-0 to earn the top spot on the podium. For more meet highlights click the headline.

There were several top performances during the SMAA meet @ Westbrook on Friday. Highlighting the meet was a triple by Biddeford's Maria Curit, who won the 400m (60.1) & 200m (26.6) while adding a 16-9 win in the long jump.
