Cheverus girls & South Portland boys win inner-city championship

The #1 ranked Cheverus Stag girls dominated the inner-city championship @ Catherine McAuley HS this afternoon in the dreary and wet weather. On the boys side South Portland made a strong statement with 5 finishers in the top 10 with just a 20 second spread. Individually Kiera Murray (Cheverus) took the girls race in 19:47 , while on the Boys side Ben Allen (Portland) was victorious with a big late race surge 17:29.
