Best time in a 5K race and in which meet:  

My Pr for cross country is 19:40.51 and I got it at States @ Belfast.


Tell us how your summer training is going?:

My summer training has been going pretty well.


What are your goals for the upcoming season?:

My goal for the season is to keep on getting prs and I'd like to get top 3 at KVACs.


How long have you been running and how did you get started?:

I've been running cross country and track since 6th grade. I got into running because my brother ran in high school and really recommended for me to try it out.

 

Will you be competing anywhere out of state this season?:

I will most likely not be competing anywhere outside of the State this season unless I make it to New Englands.



What is your favorite course to run in Maine?:

My favorite course to run is Belfast.


What is the toughest course to run in Maine?:

I think the toughest course so far would have to be Twin Brook.

 


What meet during the regular season do you put extra emphasize on to compete well at?:

The meet that like to put the most emphasis to do well at would probably have to be States just because every place matters to the team.



What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?:

My favorite Cross Country race so far would have to be Festival Of Champions.



Favorite cross country memory?:

My favorite memory of cross country would have to be all the bus rides back from the meets.



When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?:

My favorite thing to do when I'm not running is hanging out with friends.

What shoes do you train in?:

I just started training in Mizunos



What shoes do you race in?: 

I race in Saucony spikes.

 

What professional athlete would you most like to meet?:

I would probably like meet Roger Bannister even though he did not professionally race.


What is something that most people don't know about you?

A fact that most people don't know about me is that I really like running in the rain.
