The Cheverus girls tied for the Class A indoor title a year ago, this year they made sure they didn't have to share the podium as the Stags piled up 72 points as they outscored runner-up Thornton Academy by 33.5 points.
Cheverus was paced by sophomore Victoria Bossong who completed the sprint triple winning the 55m, 200m, & 400m. Not only did the standout win each event she set state meet records in each event.
