2021 Maine XC Festival of Champions girls seeded race
The 20th Maine Festival of Champions took place this weekend at the Troy Howard Middle School in Belfast. Below you will find the top 500 performers in meet history with several new names added after this weekend.
Sophomore Ruth White broke the meet record and course record with her 17:28.46 victory, while her big sister Nora White jumped to seventh fastest in meet history with her 2 minute 5k personal best of 18:09.53. Ava Thurston of Harwood entered the meet as the sixth fastest in meet history and now after a persona best ranks eighth with her 18:15.40. Hadley Mahoney of Cape Elizabeth moved into the top ten with her fourth place finish (18:22.70) she was followed by Delaney Hesler who improved to 14th best with her 18:29.01 effort. Thea Crowley of George Stevens Academy clocked the 35th best time (18:50.67), York's Carey Drake moved to 3th in 18:55.96 and Bangor's Megan Randall 18:59.24 improved to 43rd overall. Check bel...
