Outdoor 2022: Best Boys Distance Programs

We took a look at the top boys distance programs in each of the three sprint events, the 800m, 1600m and 3200m. We scored it like a cross-country race assigning points based on ranking. To qualify as a team for the list a team must have had five runners record a time in the 2022 outdoor season. The points for each of the top five athletes were added together to get a team score, while spots six ands seven on a team didn't count in the team score but they could displace athletes on the other teams.
