Ewings had a great sophomore XC season that saw her finish second in the regional and state meets. She went on to finish 13th in the New England Championship. She will have to figure out a way to beat the unbeatable Ruth White if she is to move up the podium to the top. Teanne had a great outdoor season that saw her clock times of 2:22.93, 4:56.23, and 11:12.73 respectively for 800, 1600, and 3200m. She joined an exclusive group of Maine high school girls who had broken five minutes in the 1600m when she placed third at the New Englands. Ewings defended her 1600m title at the Class C state meet and won the 800m too. Teanne showed she is fit with her Beach to Beacon 10k performance of 37:04 for 10k.
Attempts to reach Teanne were unsuccessful so we don't have an interview.
