Boys 5k
New #1 ranked Lewiston showed some serious speed at Festival of Champions as they had 5 runners under 16:54, there pack time of 33 seconds is impressive along with the 16:34 team average. #2 Cape Elizabeth has 4 of the top 5 under 17 minutes for a team average of 16:38, the Capers also have a tidy 1:06 pack time. Ellsworth comes in at the #3 spot in the 5k rankings, the Eagles have a slighty faster team average of 16:35, aided by the 15:23 of top runner Dan Curts, but 3 runners under 16:30 certainly is impressive as well. Scarborough the #4 ranked team in the poll hold down the 4th spot in the rankings, the Red Storm have 3 under 17 minutes. Scarborough has a 16:53 average along with a tidy 36 second spread. Rounding out the top is #12 Windham. The Eagles benefitted from running on the fast TA course havbe a team average of 16:58 with a 42 second spread.
