Girls 55m Hurdles - Makenna Drouin of Edward Little clocked 8.73 which was the tenth best overall in the prelims.

Boys 55m Hurdles - Nolan Garey of Poland is into the finals with a 7.68 winning heat three. Ethan Kane of bonny Eagle and Aidan Lee of Gorham both run 7.97 for 13th.

Girls 55m - Caroline Fallona of Scarborough won heat 4 in 7.30 to advance to the finals.

Boys 55m Final - Miles Burr clocked 6.50 in the prelims to win heat 4, second fastest to the final

Boys 55m Hurdle Final -- Nolan Garey of Poland runs 7.70 to finish third.

Girls 55m Final - Caroline Fallona clocks 7.81 for 8th.


Boys 55m Final - Miles Burr of MDI is the runner-up in 6.48, while sophomore Andre Clark (Marshwood) 6.51 sets a personal best for 5th.

Girls 4x800 - Portland led the way in the 4x800 as they clocked 10:04.76 to finish 18th.

Boys 4x800 - Hampden Academy the Class A champions were the top Maine team in 8:27.39 to finish overall.

Boys Shot Put- Matt Charpentier of York finishes as the runner-up with a massive personal best of 59-8 3/4. The throw moved Matt to sixth best in state history.

Girls 4x200 - Bangor clocked the fourth fastest time in state history with a 1:47.06 behind a huge anchor leg from Anna Connors

Boys 4x200 - Bonny Eagle leads the Maine contingent as they set a school record and move to the fourth fastest program in state history with a 1:33.31

Boys Long Jump - Maine had three athletes in the finals. Class A champion Billy Albertson leaped 22-7 1/2 to finish second. Then jump for Albertson moves him to fifth best in state history. Jacob Adams of Fryeburg Academy matched his third place finish from a year ago with a personal best 22-3, while Corbin Flewelling of Old Town was fifth with a 21-11 1/4 leap. Adams leap is the seventh best in state hsitory.

Girls Mile - Running out of the slower section Cary Drake of York last year's runner-up in the race ran bravely clocking 5:02.01 to finish third overall. 

Boys Mile - Class A champion Maddox Jordan of Noble was the fastest for Maine with a 4:22.01 effort for ninth. Nathan Blades of Portland was 11th in 4:22.73.

Girls 1000m - Emma Young of Cape Elizabeth was 13th in 3:02.89 while Samantha Moore of Portland was 3:05.97

Boys 1000m - Miles Logan of Brunswick was 11th running 2:36.30 while Haytham Ramadan of Deering was 13th in 2:36.88

Girls 600m - Shealyn Brochu of Morse was 12th overall running 1:41.64.

Boys 600m - Jacob Schmader of Bonny Eagle ran 1:23.87 placing ninth overall.

Girls 300m - Anna Connors made the podium with a fifth place effort of 40.46, her second consecutive All-New England honors. Emerson Flaker of Scarborough was eighth overall in 40.82.

Boys 300m - Miles Burr of MDI set a new state record with his fourth place 34.90 effort. Parker Killiard the Class A 200m champion was tenth in 35.49.

Girls 2 Mile - Addy Thibodeau of Bonny Eagle led the way in 13th with a 11:41.83

Boys 2 Mile - Adam Bendetson of Scarborough wins the New England title in 2 mile in 9:13.99, the fifth fastest effort in state history.
