Maine's Top Rising Junior Girls XC Returnees

Check out the top 206 rising junior girls cross-country runners from the 2022 cross-country season. Leading the way is Amelia Vandongen of Mt Desert Island who is one of three juniors that broke 19 minutes for 5k last fall. The top of the list is filled with athletes from all three classes, plus many more that should figure into the mix come the championship season.
