- 55 Meter Hurdles - Nailed it! Sarah Perkins of Gorham High School wins in 8.64, trailed by Grace Maclean of Bangor High School and her 8.85, Tori Daigle of Thornton Academy (9.23), Christine Parrilli of Winslow High School (9.37), Carly McKenna of Thornton Academy (9.48), Amanda Arnold of Thornton Academy (9.75), Molly Fitzpatrick of Greely High School (10.02), Courtney Lizotte of Bangor High School (10.08). Perkins had the top time out of the prelims (8.69), followed by Maclean (8.95), Daigle (9.23), Parrilli (9.28), McKenna (9.68), Arnold (9.70), Fitzpatrick (9.76), Lizotte (9.88), Marie Vermund of Thornton Academy (9.90), Kaley Sawyer of Greely High School (10.05)
- 55 Meter Dash - Impressive top speed helped Kate Hall of Lake Region High School win in 7.36 (a new state leader) with Sarah Perkins of Gorham High School in her shadow at 7.40. They were followed by Alliyah Veilleux of Winslow High School (7.54), Nicole Kirk of Scarborough High School (7.58), Teal Jackson of Brewer High School (7.66), Morgan Rodway of Scarborough High School (7.68), Sage Hennessey of Fryeburg Academy (7.68), Corrin Bedell of Fryeburg Academy (7.92).

Girls Relay Highlights
- 4x200: Scarborough broke the meet record by over 1 second, & lowered the state leading time by close to 1.5 seconds behind a 26.0 anchor leg from Nicole Kirk, South Portland finished 2nd 1:54.87 (5th best state-wide) with Bangor 1:55.39 (6th best state-wide) finished 3rd
- 4x800: In the closest race of the day Bangor (10:48.35) held off a fast closing Massebesic team 10:48.38 for the victory
- 4x400: The Red Storm of Scarborough crossed the line first 4:26.21, Noble was the runner-up 4:29.48
- 1600m Sprint Medley: Greely took first 4:38.56 while edging out a strong team from South Portland 4:39.05
- Distance Medley Relay: Bonny Eagle was dominate winning the race by over a minute with a 13:33.31
Boys Individual Highlights
- 55 Meter Hurdles - Kyle Bailey of Bonny Eagle High School earned gold in 8.17 with Tyson Goodale of Bonny Eagle High School in tow at 8.19. Next was Reid Pryzant of Falmouth High School in 8.20, Patrick Rice of Windham High School (8.49), Chris Walker of Thornton Academy (8.49), Kenny Bouchey of Fryeburg Academy (8.56), Travis Grant of Gorham High School (8.58), Andrew Libby of Thornton Academy (8.79).
- Pryzant & Bailey had the top times out of the prelims (8.26) they were a dead heat in the prelim, Goodale (8.38), Grant (8.51), Walker (8.56), Rice (8.62), Libby (8.69), Bouchey (8.71), Cameron Langlois of Scarborough High School (8.81), Ryan Tuttle of South Portland High School (9.00)
- 55 Meter Dash - Denzel Tomaszewski of Wells High School took it home in 6.74 and next was Ethan Beaulier of Noble High School (6.80), Luke Dang of Cony High School (6.86), Jackson Mcmann of Cheverus High School (6.90), Miguel Caballero of Orono High School (6.99), Ryan Jamison of Scarborough High School (7.00).

Boys Relay Highlights
- 4x200m Relay: Cheverus closed out the meet by lowering their state leading time to 1:36.35 with the quartet Joe Slattery, Jimmy Campbell, Andrew Rose, & Jackson McMann, Scarborough was 2nd in a 1:37.47, the 2nd best time in the state
- 4x800m Relay: Scarborough took 14 seconds off the state leading mark with a 8:35.94 clocking, with Bangor in 2nd 8:40.58 the #2 time in the state.
- 4x400m Relay: Bangor claimed the top spot with the top time this year 3:40.28, Cheverus was 2nd 3:44.48
- 1600m Sprint Medley: Scarborough took the top spot with a 3:48.29, while Bangor was 2nd 3:55.88
- Distance Medley Relay: Gorham was the top squad behind the 1600m leg of Jesse Orach as the Rams cruised in 11:21.14 to win by 18 seconds over Falmouth 11:39.69
