Alex was the Southern Regional runner-up last year running 16:32.71 at Twin Brook the site of this year's state meet which bodes well for him. He started his 2024 season on the right track with a victory at the Falcon 4K. On the track this spring he finished third in the Class B state meet 1600m clocking a personal best of 4:26.29.
