Girls 5k

Bethanie Brown remains at the top of list with FOC this week the list should have a little different look next week. Moving up to #3 was Aleta Looker with her 19:17 run at Manchester, along with Kirstin Sandreuter of Greely at #6, & her teammate Eva Bates all the way up to #7. Other girls on the move where Carsyn Koch, Jocelyn Acheson & Tiffany Tanner who are in the top 15 now. Other additions were Nora Hubbell, Kelly Lynch & Lily Koffman. It now takes a sub 20 to crack the top 12.

Boys 5k

Dan Curts held on the top time by lowering his previous leader but it's by the narrowiest of margins over Silas Eastman, the duo had an epic race at Manchester with Curts edging Eastman by less than a second. Spots 4-12 all saw new times this week, Jack Pierce vaulted to the #4 spot with his 16:09 & Nate Madeira up to the #5 with his 16:29 @Manchester. Ben Allen, Cameron Nadeau, Cody Vachon, Justin Tracy, Sam Wood & Robert Looker all broke 17 minutes. 12 guys have now broken 17, look for that # to increase this weekend at FOC.
