Maine's Top Rising Senior Boys XC Returnees

Check out the top 248 rising senior boys cross-country runners from the 2023 cross-country season. Sam Laverdiere of Lake Region High School is leading the way, the only senior who broke 16 minutes for 5k last fall. The top of the list is filled with athletes that should contend for individual titles, plus many more that should figure into the mix come the championship season.
