Maine's Top Rising Senior Girls XC Returnees

Check out the top 219 rising senior girls cross-country runners from the 2023 season. Leading the way is Teanne Ewings of Houlton/GHCA, she is the only senior who broke 18 minutes for 5k last fall. The top of the list is filled with athletes from all three classes, plus many more that should figure into the mix come the championship season.
